At Heritage Baptist Church (HBCLex), our Music Ministry is dedicated to glorifying God through the gift of music. We believe music is a powerful tool for worship, bringing the congregation together in praise and lifting our hearts to the Lord. Whether you're passionate about singing in the choir, playing in the praise band, or simply joining in worship, there is a place for you here. Our ministry is open to all ages and skill levels, as we work together to create a worshipful atmosphere where everyone can experience the presence of God.

Choir

Our church choir is a vital part of our worship services, leading the congregation in hymns and creative music. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just starting out, we invite you to join us as we lift our voices together in praise. The choir rehearses weekly and performs during Sunday services as needed, as well as special events and seasonal programs. If you have a heart for worship and a love for music, our choir offers a wonderful opportunity to serve the church and glorify God with your talents.

Praise Band

The HBCLex Praise Band is a dynamic group of musicians committed to leading our congregation in contemporary worship. We blend modern Christian music with timeless hymns, creating a space where people of all backgrounds can engage in heartfelt worship. If you play an instrument or have a passion for leading worship through song, the Praise Band offers an exciting opportunity to use your gifts to serve the church. Our band practices regularly to ensure a meaningful and engaging worship experience for all.
